Google to allow phone calls by free and low rates from Gmail
According to CNET, Google has begun testing a Gmail-integrated VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) client that would allow users to make phone calls directly from the browser.
Now google send a extra option to the email address just like below. We have tried the option and use the practical call after downloading the plugins.

Google promised free calls to US and Canadian phones from Gmail for the rest of this year and said it would charge low rates for calls made to other countries.
NEW YORK: Google Inc said users of Gmail will now be able to call telephones directly from their email, putting it in direct competition with Web calling service Skype and more traditional operators such as AT&T Inc and Verizon Communications. For example it said calls to Britain, Italy, France, Germany, China and Japan would be as low as 2 cents per minute.
For those users seeing the test of the new product, the ability to make phone calls is added directly to the Google Talk popup that appears in the lower right corner of the Gmail screen, offering a keypad, a call history, and a credit balance. Actually it's an interesting opportunaty for the browser and a lot of browser support this system only for insanely low rates for international calls.
